On Wednesday's Morning Focus, Pat Flynn was joined by Grace Harrison, psychotherapist and counsellor in Ennis to react to the spotlight which has been shone on mental health following Naomi Osaka's quitting the French Open.
Naomi's decision has highlighted the dismissive attitudes which are still shown towards people with mental health issues and the tasks that they struggle with.
Grace spoke to Pat about the need to be understanding of activities or tasks that those struggling with their mental health find difficult.
They also discussed the pressure that media puts on sportspeople to perform.
