An Ennis Psychotherapist and Counsellor says the failure to provide early intervention for children and young people with mental health difficulties can have a serious impact down the line.

It follow calls from the Ombudsman for Children for a counselling system to be embedded in schools, saying the implementation of a similar system to the UK could almost eliminate waiting lists for CAMHS.

Ennis Psychotherapist and Counsellor, Grace Harrison says early invention is vital when it comes to child and adolescent mental health care.
